Austin Williams’ practice focuses on estate planning needs for individuals and families, business succession planning, corporate transactions, trust administration, and asset protection.
Having worked for a large oil and gas exploration and production corporation, followed by experience in a privately held oil and gas company, Austin offers extensive knowledge in the energy industry to the clients and businesses he serves.
Austin graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Energy Management. He subsequently earned his Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Administration degrees.
Austin holds memberships with the American Association of Petroleum Landmen and Young Professionals in Energy and enjoys volunteering across the community.
Outside of the office, Austin enjoys golfing, going to the lake, hunting, fishing, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family.
