Bryan Evans was born and raised in Western Oklahoma. He graduated as Valedictorian from Weatherford High School and went on to serve as Student Body President at Southwestern Oklahoma State University where he received his undergraduate degree. During this time, he received the Presidential Leadership Award from President Bill Clinton for his community and public involvement. Before and after college, he was active in various state and federal political campaigns. Evans attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law as a Comfort Fellow where he graduated with honors. Evans was a founding partner of Evans & Davis and is licensed to practice law in various state and federal courts throughout the Southwest United States.
Evans is a member of the American Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Texas Bar Association and the Arizona Bar Association. The Firm and Evans are both members of various chambers and business development groups. Evans regularly teaches educational classes to lawyers, financial planners and insurance professionals in the areas of estate planning, trusts and probates.
Evans is a graduate of Leadership Edmond Class XXVII and a member of the 2nd Century Donor Society with OU’s College of Law. Evans previously served on the Board of Directors for his local Chamber of Commerce and was previously awarded its Tayo Fichtl Young Professional of the Year Award. Evans currently serves as a trustee and 2nd Vice Chair of the SWOSU Foundation and serves on its property and governance committees. Evans is also a previous executive board member and past president of his local public school’s foundation. He has coached soccer and baseball at the YMCA and regularly volunteers with the local schools. In addition to his volunteer efforts, Evans has also served on various bank, hospital and private boards.
Evans & Davis provides estate planning and corporate legal service to clients in Oklahoma, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, California & Colorado. Evans was named in 2012 by OK Biz Magazine as one of the 40 Under 40 recipients and in 2013 by The Business Times of Edmond as one if its Top 20 Leaders Under 40.
Evans considers his most successful business achievement the creation of a successful and thriving law practice that employs over twenty-nine attorneys and staff. Evans and the Firm place an equal emphasis on providing high quality legal services to their clients while serving the communities they represent. Evans feels that he has a duty to give back to the communities that have given so much to his family and the Firm’s employees.
Evans has been married to his wife, Erika, for twenty-one years. They have twin daughters that are fifteen and a son that is thirteen. One of their family’s goals is to visit every state before their children graduate—they are currently at 42 of 50.
