Forrest Danley received a Bachelor of Science in Math/Physics from East Central University with the highest honors. After working in an engineering position with the Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, he received a law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law with distinction.
Mr. Danley is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma County Bar Association, and the District of Columbia Bar Association (inactive). He is also a member of WealthCounsel, the Estate Planning and Probate Law, Real Property, and Tax Law Sections of the Oklahoma Bar Association, and the Oklahoma City Estate Planning Council.
Mr. Danley received and has maintained an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell for many years. According to that organization, as the result of an extensive and confidential peer review by other attorneys, the AV Preeminent Rating (which "identifies a lawyer with very high to preeminent legal ability") was awarded to Mr. Danley and is a reflection of his "expertise, experience, integrity, and overall professional excellence."
In addition, Mr. Danley has been recognized by his peers on multiple occasions as "Lawyer of the Year" in the practice area of Elder Law in Oklahoma City, with The Best Lawyers in America award.
On many occasions, Mr. Danley has been a guest speaker and faculty member to senior citizens groups, health organizations, attorneys, and other professional organizations, including the State Conference on Aging, Continuing Legal Education seminars for lawyers, and the Oklahoma Tax Institute for CPAs.
On a personal note, Mr. Danley was born and raised in Ada, Oklahoma, is married, and has three (amazing) adult children.
