Mitch's extensive experience ranges from base estate planning, oil and gas transactions, to complex mergers and acquisitions. Mitch has successfully been involved with advanced estate tax planning for high net worth families and complex transfer planning for privately owned businesses. Mitch is licensed in Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, and Mississippi.
Mitch's practice also includes probate, asset protection planning, trust administration, and choice of entity planning for new ventures.
Mitch attended the University of Arkansas on an athletic scholarship then subsequently attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he served as Class President. Mitch has served as the President of the Resource Board for Big Brothers Big Sisters and in several leadership groups.
A proud member of the Cherokee Nation, Mitch enjoys traveling with his wife, spending time on the golf course, and calling the Hogs.
