Tanner Schroeder’s practice focuses on business formation, estate and business planning, corporate and non-profit organizations and transactions, succession planning, and asset protection. Tanner is passionate about providing quality legal representation at every step.
Tanner earned his bachelor’s degree in science with an emphasis in criminal justice. Following his undergraduate studies, Tanner developed experience as an administrator while working as a Deputy U.S. District Clerk for the United States District Court. After some time in the professional world, he attended law school on a merit scholarship and earned his Juris Doctorate.
During law school, he served all three years as an elected class officer, actively participated in student organizations, and worked as a licensed legal intern.
Possessing a varied professional background with work experience in industries including aviation, construction, natural resources, retail, and technology, Tanner understands the needs and concerns held by many occupations.
Prior to joining Evans & Davis, Tanner gained legal experience working in both state government offices and private civil litigation law firms.
When not at work, Tanner enjoys time with his family, adventuring outdoors, traveling to new places, meeting new friends, and volunteering in his community and church.
